Notes and Reminders

The Notes system lets you keep internal records and set reminders for follow-ups.
Creating Notes
- Navigate to Notes and Reminders in the sidebar.
- Click Create Note.
- Write your note content.
- (Optional) Link the note to a specific transaction or member for context.
- (Optional) Set a Reminder Date to receive a notification on that date.
- (Optional) Mark as Private — private notes are only visible to the author.
- Click Save.
Attaching Notes to Transactions
You can also add notes directly from a transaction's detail page: 1. Open the transaction. 2. Scroll to the Notes section. 3. Add your note.
This is useful for documenting why a transaction was categorised a certain way, or recording communication about a specific payment.
Attaching Notes to Members
Similarly, add notes from a member's profile to keep records of conversations, agreements, or issues related to that member.
Reminders
When you set a Reminder Date on a note: - A notification bell icon appears in the app on that date. - You will be prompted to review or dismiss the reminder. - Dismissed reminders are hidden from the notification list but the note itself is preserved.
Viewing All Notes
The Notes and Reminders page shows all your notes in one place. Use this as a central log for your organisation's internal records.
