Email Tracking and Marketing

Circlevine tracks the deliverability status of emails sent to your members.
Email Status
Each member has an email status field that can be: - Valid — No issues detected. - Bounced — The email address bounced (hard bounce). Emails to this address are no longer being sent. - Complained — The member marked an email as spam.
This status is updated automatically via webhooks from the email provider. If a member's email starts bouncing, you will see a warning on their profile.
Billing Email
Members can have a separate Billing Email field. If set, invoices will be sent to this email address instead of their primary email. This is useful when the member wants invoices sent to a different person (e.g., a company accountant).
Marketing Consent
The Accepts Marketing field tracks whether a member has opted in to receive marketing communications. This is separate from transactional emails (like invoices and portal invitations), which are always sent regardless of marketing consent.
