Configuring Your Organisation

Access your organisation settings from the org selector dropdown at the top of the sidebar → Organisation Settings.

General Settings

Setting Description
Organisation Name Your club or organisation's display name
Logo Upload your logo (appears on invoices, portal, and branding)
Currency The currency symbol used throughout the app (default: ZAR)
Timezone Your local timezone for date displays
Show Branding Toggle whether your logo appears in the member portal

Invoicing Settings

Setting Description
Invoice Prefix The prefix for invoice numbers (e.g., "INV", "CV")
Next Invoice Number The next sequential number to be used
Invoice Details Your organisation's bank/payment details that appear at the bottom of invoices (bank name, account number, branch code, etc.)

Custom Data Fields

Define custom fields that appear on member and customer profiles:

Member Fields Schema

Define fields specific to members. Examples: - "Membership Tier" (Dropdown: Gold, Silver, Bronze) - "Year Joined" (Text) - "Has Paid Joining Fee" (Boolean) - "Committees" (Multi-Select: Finance, Social, Disciplinary)

Customer Fields Schema

Define fields specific to customers (external parties you invoice).

Required Document Types

Define document types that members should submit (e.g., "ID Copy", "Proof of Address"). These appear on member profiles for tracking.

Billing & Subscription

Access from the org selector dropdown → Billing & Subscription.

This page shows: - Your current subscription plan and its limits - Usage statistics (members, transactions, team members, etc.) - Option to manage your subscription through the billing portal
