Sending Bulletins and Announcements

The Communications feature lets you send bulletins and announcements to your members, with optional audience targeting and email delivery.
Creating a Bulletin
- Navigate to Communications in the sidebar.
- Click Create Bulletin.
- Fill in:
- Title — The headline of your announcement
- Content — The body of the message (supports rich HTML formatting)
- Set the Audience:
- All — Send to everyone
- Members Only — Send only to members (not customers)
- Customers Only — Send only to customers
- Custom Filter — Use custom field filters to target specific groups (e.g., all members where "Team" = "A Team")
- Choose whether to Send via Email — If checked, each targeted member will receive the bulletin as an email in addition to seeing it in the app.
- (Optional) Enable Applies to Future Members — New members who match the audience criteria will automatically see this bulletin too.
- Click Send.
Viewing Delivery Stats
On the Communications list page, each bulletin shows: - Delivery Count — How many members received it - Read Count — How many have opened/read it - Read Rate — Percentage of delivered bulletins that have been read
Click into a bulletin to see the full content and delivery details.
How Members See Bulletins
Members see bulletins in two places: 1. In the App — If they have portal access, bulletins appear in their Communications tab. 2. Via Email — If you chose to send via email, they receive it in their inbox.
An unread count badge appears in the sidebar next to Communications when there are unread bulletins.
