Creating Your Organisation

An Organisation in Circlevine represents your club, society, or group. Everything — members, transactions, invoices, dashboards — lives under an organisation.

Creating a New Organisation

Click the organisation selector in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
Select Create New Organisation.
Enter your organisation's name and save.

You will be set as the Owner of the new organisation, giving you full administrative access.

Switching Between Organisations

If you belong to multiple organisations (e.g., you manage two different clubs), you can switch between them at any time:

Click the organisation selector dropdown at the top of the sidebar.
Select the organisation you want to switch to.

All data in the app will update to reflect the selected organisation.

Organisation Settings

Once created, go to Organisation Settings (accessible from the org selector dropdown) to configure:

General Tab: Organisation name, logo, currency (e.g., ZAR, USD, GBP), and timezone.
Invoicing Tab: Invoice prefix (e.g., "INV"), starting number, and your bank/payment details that appear on invoices.
Custom Data Fields Tab: Define custom fields that appear on member and customer profiles (e.g., "Membership Tier", "Year Joined").

Branding

Upload your organisation's logo in the General settings. This logo will appear on: - Generated PDF invoices - The member portal (if you enable branding)

You can toggle Show Branding on or off to control whether your logo appears in the portal.
