Refund Policy

Information regarding subscription cancellations and our refund process.

1. General Policy

At Circlevine, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our service. Because our platform is offered primarily as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription, we bill in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All subscription charges are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable consumer law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.


2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your organisation settings. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to your account and premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged again on your next billing date.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances can occur. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • Service Outages: If a prolonged, unscheduled platform outage significantly prevents you from accessing the service for which you have paid.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error on our end. Please notify us within 30 days of the incorrect charge.
  • Mandatory Legal Rights: Where local consumer protection laws require us to grant a refund.

Please note that granting a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future, nor does it obligate us to grant refunds in similar circumstances.


4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
